Returns and Refunds
Returns
We gladly accept returns *. Please contact us at hello@sixelevencreations.com within 14 days of delivery for details of where to return the item. Items must be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
*The following types of goods are exempt from being returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Non-returnable items:
- Custom or personalised orders, including orders in which we print a message inside the card
- Sale items
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note, we do not refund the cost of shipping and you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item(s) to us,
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 2 working days, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Damaged or incorrect Items
We try really hard to get all your items to you in perfect condition and we check everything thoroughly before dispatch; but sometimes things may be damaged in transit, or you might receive an item you did not order.
In the rare occurrence that you have received a damaged product, or received something in error, please contact us within 48 hours with the following:
- a full description of the damage or issue;
- clear photos of the specific damage, a photo of the whole item plus photos of the external packaging.
Depending on the fault, we may ask you to return the item to us.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless they arrived damaged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Please get in touch with us if any items in your order are defective or damaged on arrival.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at sixelevencreations@gmail.com and arrange for a return of the damaged item. We will send out a replacement once we have received and inspected the original item and confirmed it was damaged.
Shipping items back to us
We will inform you of the return address when you contact us to arrange the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless you are returning a damaged item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any Customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs
If you are shipping an item(s) with value over £25/$30/€30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items lost by the postal service.
